Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of novitor.com and all products and services offered by Novitor, including Novitor Insights and the Novitor Data Platform. By accessing or using any Novitor service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Subscription Terms

Novitor Insights is available on the following tiers:

• Free tier: access to a limited selection of insights per issue. No payment required. No commitment.
• Paid tier: full access to all insights, deep dives, and reports. Available at €19.99 per month or €199 per year, billed in EUR via Stripe.
• Platform bundle: Novitor Insights is included at no additional cost with every Novitor Data Platform subscription. Access is managed automatically upon Platform subscription activation.

Subscription pricing is displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. Novitor reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual). All amounts are in EUR. Novitor does not store payment card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a receipt from Stripe for each successful charge.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact info@novitor.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish Novitor content without written permission.
• Use Novitor services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Novitor platform or infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from novitor.com without prior written consent.
• Share subscription credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published by Novitor — including analysis, data compilations, reports, and the Novitor brand — is the intellectual property of Novitor. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use Novitor's intellectual property beyond personal, non-commercial access to the services you have subscribed to.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Novitor services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Novitor makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Content published by Novitor is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Novitor's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Novitor in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

Novitor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
